Santa Catarina Island.
Lagoa da Conceição is a offers a

during the Brazilian summer vacation month of January and February.

number of bars and pubs in and around Praia dos Ingleses. Visit
Mandalla and Cafe Sol which is
2 of the most popular bars. This bars
is positioned at a high altitude from where you can view the
spectacular sight of the lagoon.
Another
popular nightlife venue is the Drakkar which is known for its
rocking musical performances. The best
part? Drakkar's doors open for business at 6PM, making it the
ideal spot to snag the first cocktail of the long night.

and is a common Carnavale drink.
It is made
with cachaça, an intensely sweet Brazillian style of rum made
from sugarcane juice Two billion litres of

remaining in the country.
Muddle the
brown sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned
glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour the
cachaca into the glass. Stir well. You can
also add a some lemonade.
