Norwegian girls are more like females in fashion. Dutch girls mostly are dress with trousers. Girly clothes with many colors are how Norwegian dress.
In my opinion Norwegian girls look better. However not only the clothes are enough to prove the Femininity of a women. With other words Norwegian dress like girls and Dutch like women.

Why you need my opinion? You male or female? My taste perhaps is deferent from reality, and what ever I commend that’s not mean I’m correct.
But if you want my opinion, then countries like Denmark and Finland have nothing to do with good taste in clothes.
And you forget the country that is the winner in my opinion = ITALY.
