In Russia the minimum drinking age is 18 years old, but you need 21 years old to buy alcoholic drinks. Nightlife in Moscow is generally safe, but it’s always wise to be careful. Note that going out in Moscow can be a very expensive business.
If clubbing is more your scene, the center of Moscow is filled with dance clubs, live-music clubs, and strip clubs. Clubs usually charge an entry fee, the most sophisticated ones also have face control, and the doorman might turn away anyone who doesn’t look decent. Although foreigners are usually treated with respect is always better to look decent.
