The Spanish island of Ibiza become a popular haunt of hippies in the 1960s, who were drawn to the island by the wonderful weather, beautiful beaches and stunning scenery.
The main pioneers of clubland in Ibiza were the large clubs of Amnesia and Pacha, which opened on Ibiza in the 1970s.
